SWR 230 setpoint controller rack

The setpoint controller rack was developed for the control of converter-driven DC machines.

The design of the rack enables a setpoint voltage of ± 0 – 10 V DC to be set by a connected 4.7 kΩ potentiometer. The setpoint controller rack features 7 slots (with contacts on both sides).

The following circuit boards have been developed for the construction of a control system:

• Ramp-up integrator with adjustable ramp-up and ramp-down times
• Amplifier card with dip switch for selecting positive or negative output
• Adjustable threshold switch (comparator)

Supply voltage: 230 V AC; DC voltage stabilized: 15 V DC positive/negative; DC voltage unstabilized: 24 V DC positive/negative
